During the time when I was managing money full-time and doing self-publishing. In order to get more time to study, I started a strict self-discipline mode.When the alarm goes off at 5:50 in the morning, I must get up. At eleven o’clock at night, you must go to bed – to ensure that there is a certain amount of sleep.But such strict work and rest, over a period of time, not only sapped their own fighting spirit, but also seriously affected the efficiency of learning.
First of all, the matter of getting up on time in the morning. Sometimes when the alarm clock goes off, I feel really sleepy and my mind is drowsy.
When you get up on time, your mind is not too clear all morning. In such a situation, reading or writing, feel very inefficient.
At noon, I still need to sleep more, so that my mind is clearer in the afternoon.
Then again, the matter of going to bed at eleven o’clock at night.
Sometimes, by this time, people are still very refreshed, reading or writing feel very efficient.
In such a state, it is forced to go to sleep. Lying in bed, tossing and turning, I still can’t sleep. It was not until a long time later that I fell asleep.
I feel that such a strict routine has not brought much benefit to me. Now, this system of work and rest is much broader; more, take into account their own rules.
When the alarm clock goes off in the morning, if I really feel sleepy, I will turn off the alarm clock and immediately fall back to sleep to ease the sleepiness.
Of course, there is no limit to go to sleep, generally sleep more than half a clock or so, and then get up. At this time, people are much more energetic.
At this time, reading or writing, you feel much better.
If you sleep well in the morning, you don’t have to spend too much time to rest at noon, and generally take a nap for fifteen to twenty minutes, you will feel that your brain is very clear.
At night, if you are feeling more sleepy, you will sleep about half an hour earlier than the specified time.
If, at eleven o’clock, you are still in good spirits, you will extend to eleven thirty or twelve o’clock before you go to sleep.
Take into account their own regular self-discipline. For a period of time, their own energy to do things, feel more and more adequate; at the same time, also let themselves become more and more confident.
From my own experience, I realized that self-discipline is really effective in improving myself; however, it is not necessary to be too institutionalized; it is most appropriate to follow my own rules.

Other people’s self-discipline is not necessarily suitable for you, take other people’s self-discipline imposed on their own, sometimes it is often counterproductive.
