Two small tricks to use time efficiently
I’m halfway through the Spring Festival, so that’s about it, the kids are in bed, so I’ll continue to write my daily article!Continuing from yesterday’s topic, how to use time efficiently. Combining my own failure experience, and then blending the methods of the great masters, I summarized two time tricks that I think are particularly useful, at least for the past six months or so to help me do better than before in the efficient use of time.
The first trick is to rationalize the time of day. Now is an era of fragmentation, there is a statistic that adults will basically look at the phone screen every six seconds, our time has been separated into fragments.
Time is fragmented, so we have to use it in a fragmented way, such as thinking in pieces and then executing in large chunks of time. All things are divided into two parts: thinking and execution.
I do not know if you have such an experience, serious to the table to write an article, but nothing can not think of, slow to write and slow. But in busy with other things, such as doing housework with the children when playing, but always have a flash of light, good ideas appear, when the idea of copywriting is more inspired.
The second trick is to avoid starting to do something at the last minute. In time management there is a particularly simple principle, called the two-minute principle, two minutes, can solve the matter immediately to do, never delay. For example, deal with bills as you go, and send the finished document to your superiors as you go. You can avoid forgetting yourself and avoid being rushed again and rushed to deal with.
This method wins in the rapid, not delayed, think of what if you can immediately do immediately to act, to avoid the last minute before the temporary. Remember, procrastination is to dig a hole for yourself, immediate action is the right way!
So which things are you more likely to procrastinate? The next time you encounter it, deliberately feel it and become aware of it. For example, it is easy to procrastinate on things that are not so urgent at work. Although the principle of priority is understood, if you do not take action in time, even the slowest things will become a fire in the end if they are always delayed.
The purpose of time management is to make yourself live happier, more relaxed, and then more and more efficient. Everything is difficult at the beginning, change will be a little difficult, but life without change will be more difficult.
Managing time to overcome your inertia and procrastination, to tap into your true inner love, is also a process of mental discipline and control of affairs. The most happy and fulfilled people are those who have a clear plan for the future and have enough ability to achieve it.
Those who are strong enough to do one thing and make it happen are the ones who achieve every time they make a wish. The sense of happiness and accomplishment that comes from such a flow of the mind must be especially blissful and lingering. Their time rhythm mastery must be spot on.
Time management is the key that can help us to achieve what we want. May we all live simply, work happily, and live more than 24 hours of excitement. May the time we give, we can get the desired results.
